Professional Edition 0.9.4 Release Notes

Puma Scan’s 0.9.4 release is an upgrade to the Puma Scan Server and Azure DevOps editions allowing execution against the 2019 Build Tools.

System Requirements

  • Server Edition requires a Windows Server with the .NET Framework v4.7.2 and the Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017 or the Build Tools for 2019 installed.

  • Azure DevOps Edition requires a hosted Azure Build Pipeline using the vs2017-win2016 or windows-2019 build agent.

Server Edition

  • Enhancement: Upgraded the command line interface to use either the Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017 or the Build Tools for 2019.

Azure DevOps Edition

  • Enhancement: Upgraded the extension to use either the Build Tools for Visual Studio 2017 or the Build Tools for 2019. This allows the extension to be run on both the vs2017-win2016 or windows-2019 build agents.
